Client: Straight Line Construction is an all-inclusive renovation contractor operating in North Florida. They focus on simplifying the renovation experience by handling everything from interior design to those pesky permits. Through an updated website, content marketing, and digital advertising, Straight Line was interested in increasing brand awareness, generating more leads, and rolling out the option to buy renovation supplies for do-it-yourself renovators.

Target Audience: Messages are targeted at North Florida homeowners interested in home improvement. This skews towards middle-aged to senior adults, often married couples.

Challenge: To create a friendly tone of voice and appeal to the average homeowner, we need to nail how we simplify topics. Even though we may be getting into detail about the differences between porcelain and ceramic, everything needs to have a clear and friendly tone.
